We are a highly motivated company that is willing to give you
quick, accurate service. We are approved with
over 100 lenders and due to our high quality product
we receive very few conditions, which in turn allows a better
service for you and your clients.
Our fees are on a case to case basis, but as a general guideline;
a typical single family and condo dwelling of average quality
and size costs approximately $375.00. A two to four unit property
of average quality and size including an operating income statement
will cost approximately $700.00 to $750.00.
